On-Line Auction for  a 10  Day Stay at  Son Viguet in Mallorca  beginning  Monday, September 8 at 8 am and closing Sunday, September 21 at 6 pm Atlantic Daylight Saving Time. 

The minimum opening bid is $2000 for the 10 day stay. The home has a rental value of $6,000 Canadian in the “off season” period.

We are offering a special “Buy It Now” feature.  The first person to offer $12,000 or double the value will be the winner and the auction will close. 

This historic “finca” farmhouse is situated in the exotic foothills of the Traumuntana mountain range and was a former Olive Oil Press.  Its 3 terraces overlook the southwest corner of the island of Mallorca and the Mediterranean Sea.  The main house has 5 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, living room, dining room, and kitchen.  A connecting apartment beside the pool has a bedroom, bath and small kitchen. The home is perfect for 8-10 people.

The house would be available at a mutually agreeable time from October 14, 2008 – June 30, 2009.  The owner informs us that the house is not available February 1 -15th.
